¶ WWA-Online Web Booking Module Overview
- In this module, WWA Customers can make a Booking on the WWA website
- In return a Booking confirmation containing a WWA Shipment Reference number will be sent.
¶ WWA-Online Web Booking Module Process Overview
- Customer will Make a booking on WWA website
- WWA will send e-mail confirmation with WWA Shipment Reference number
- WWA Member will process booking request
- WWA Member will send booking confirmation with booking number including WWA Shipment Reference Number
¶ Make a Booking steps on WWA-Online
1.Click on Make a Booking, Select the To and From dates, and Origin and Destination.
2. Select vessel you want to book and click Book This
3. Once you click on Book This, you will be directed to a new page below
4. If Pick-up is selected Yes, the following section appears.
5. Routing and Miscellaneous details
6. Select Template
(Need to discuss this)
8. Enter Cargo Details
Please note Metric will give Weight and Volume in KG and CBM and English will give Weight and Volume in LBS and CBF
9. If cargo is Hazardous, click on Help? To Search for UN number
10. Booking Confirmation message
11. Upload document function
12. Click on the highlighted booking number in blue and the receipt link appears which can be printed
¶ Miscellaneous:
- If the Origin or Destination appears with hyperlink, upon clicking you see the Warehouse Details on Schedule result section
- In schedule result click on the Vessel/voyage hyperlinks to see the Vessel details
