- Customers who are currently integrated with INTTRA can submit EDI Bookings to any WWA member.
- No additional development required on customer or member end except for mapping/configuration on WWA/INTTRA's side.
- Customers / Members need to get in touch with eisupport@wwalliance if they receive such requests from their customers (as well as share the customer and local INTTRA contact information). Also required is the INTTRA Office data that needs to be mapped to WWA.
- WWA will get in touch with INTTRA and will handle this Integration completely.
- Once INTTRA has configured the customer on their side, Customers can start submitting Booking to WWA members via INTTRA
- Members / Customers, who would like to initiate Bookings via INTTRA, need to provide the respective INTTRA IDs / Office mapping details of the offices they would like mapped to WWA.
- WWA will then create an Alias prefix and BU Alias(es) and share with INTTRA to configure on their side.
- Once the offices are mapped and configured on WWA and the configuration is also completed on INTTRA, customers can start submitting Bookings via INTTRA to WWA members.
- Below PDF document gives an overview on how the integration process with INTTRA is initiated and the overall process flow of EDI Bookings submitted by customers via INTTRA to WWA
