- Customers who are currently integrated with Cargo-Wise can submit BL Instructions to any WWA member.
- No additional development required on customer or member end except for mapping/configuration on WWA/Cargo-Wise's side.
- All mutual customer set up/connection requests, for CargoWise One (CW1) and WWA, will go through CW1 customer service who will walk them through the different steps in CW1 to enable the connections. CW1 understand sometimes customers may reach out to WWA for an enquiry on mapping with CW1.
- If they do so, please feel free to redirect them to the CW1 ticketing system. Once they submit an eRequest within CW1 system, the CW1 team will be notified to enable the connection. At present, mutual customers only need to raise an eRequest as follow:
• Criticality = CR9 – Service Request
• Service = MSG – Messaging Configuration
Customers can find all the information they need within the following links where CW1 customers can find the appropriate information to set up WWA and use the system.
1. Customers with general learning needs of CargoWise One: https://myaccount.cargowise.com/en-us/Home/CargoWiseOneWiseLearning.aspx
2. Customers in need to set up electronic messages with WWA Group can follow the instructions in the “How To” document below: http://myaccount-portal.cargowise.com/my-account/Documents/UserGuides/HowTo/1FOR_Set%20up%20for%20Ocean%20Carrier%20Messaging.pdf
- Members / Customers, who would like to initiate BL submission via Cargo-Wise, need to provide the list of the offices they would like to map to WWA.
- WWA will then create an Alias prefix/Customer Control code and share with Cargo-Wise to configure on their side.
- Once the offices are mapped and configured on WWA and the configuration is also completed on Cargo-Wise, customers can start submitting BLs via Cargo-Wise to WWA members.
