- CargoWise pull Schedule via API from WWA and displays it in their System.
- Customers who are currently integrated with Cargo-Wise for booking/BL modules should be able to view WWA global sailing schedules on the CargoWise system, which pulls global sailing schedule data from WWA.
- This feature should already be active and no configuration or user setup request is needed to enable this functionality.
- All mutual customer set up/connection requests, for CargoWise One (CW1) and WWA, will go through CW1 customer service who will walk them through the different steps in CW1 to enable the connections. CW1 understand sometimes customers may reach out to WWA for an enquiry on mapping with CW1.
- If they do so, please feel free to redirect them to the CW1 ticketing system. Once they submit an eRequest within CW1 system, the CW1 team will be notified to enable the connection. At present, mutual customers only need to raise an eRequest as follow:
• Criticality = CR9 – Service Request
• Service = MSG – Messaging Configuration
Customers can find all the information they need within the following links where CW1 customers can find the appropriate information to set up WWA and use the system.
